If you receive a damaged item, you can proceed with a replacement or a return. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and ask you to send us a brief description of the damage along with a photo attached to your email at info@shopgaravinihome.it, with the subject line:

ORDER NUMBER … FAULTY ITEM

As the owner, manufacturer and retailer of seating furniture, most of our shipments involve large items. For all products with an electric recliner mechanism and/or electric footrest, delivery within Italy is exclusively a “white glove” service — meaning in-home delivery with unpacking, assembly and electrical cable testing, so that the customer can immediately verify the product works correctly.

For all other products, you may choose between:

  • Kerbside delivery, in front of the street number indicated in the delivery address.
  • Collection from our premises in Forlì, Via Golfarelli 78 (upon request).


To make sure your product is delivered exactly where you want it, please specify your preference in the “Order notes” field at the bottom of the order confirmation page.

The transport and delivery of all our products will be handled by one or more specialist carriers, who will contact you to agree on a delivery date and time.

Our specialist carriers offer free collection and disposal of packaging for all delivery types. Please note: if our specialist carrier collects and disposes of the packaging, it will no longer be possible to return the purchased items.

 

All products sold on shopgaravinihome.it will be dispatched by the date shown as “Estimated delivery” on the product page. Order preparation only begins once payment has been received.

Shipping costs vary depending on the size of your order and the delivery area. The total shipping cost will always be clearly displayed at checkout, before you complete your order. At this stage, you can choose the delivery option that best suits your needs.

Our shipments are handled by specialist carriers, on business days (Monday to Friday) from 08:00 to 18:00. On explicit request, personalised appointments and deliveries during evening hours and/or on Saturdays can be arranged, subject to carrier availability, at an additional cost and only after direct discussion with the carrier.

To subscribe to the newsletter, simply click the relevant button at the bottom of our homepage. If you already have an account on shopgaravinihome.it, you can subscribe directly from your account under “My profile”.

Yes. To ensure the request is accepted by the selected carrier, please specify it at checkout in the “Courier notes” field. Delivery will be agreed in advance with the specialist carrier, who will contact you once your order is ready to ship. Once confirmed, you can view all order information directly in the “Account” section.

To check your order status, please log into your account and go to “My orders”.

  • If the status shows “shipped”: we will unfortunately no longer be able to change the delivery address.
  • If the status shows “processing”: log into your account and update the shipping address, then notify us at support@shopgaravinihome.it. The change is only valid once you receive a confirmation email from our after-sales team.



Refunds are generally issued by bank transfer only. You will be informed of the timescales once the process has been completed. It is our pleasure, duty and company priority to ensure you are always satisfied with your experience on shopgaravinihome.it.

For all products with an electric recliner mechanism, floor delivery with assembly is already included and non-optional (Italy only). This is a high-value service negotiated with our specialist carrier at a controlled price.

We are delighted to tell you that all our items are easily removable, built with certified ecological materials and upholstered in sustainable, Made in Italy fabrics with a short supply chain — to give your product the longest and most environmentally valuable life cycle possible.

On shopgaravinihome.it, the upholstery becomes a “wardrobe”. You can think of it like shopping in a sustainable clothing store — choosing the “outfit” with a green heart (conceptually, not chromatically) that you prefer, to dress your piece of furniture.

This approach will further extend the lifecycle of your purchase. You will become one of those conscious consumers who, through their choices, positively influence the planet they live on. You will leave a mark — every time, in a different colour. And for that, we thank you.

Se hai già ordinato o ordinerai prima dell'8 Agosto, la tua produzione inizierà regolarmente ma si interromperà durante la chiusura e riprenderà il 31 Agosto.
Ti consigliamo di considerare tempi di consegna di circa 9/11 settimane per ordini effettuati entro il 7 agosto.

Ogni tessuto che utilizzeremo è di alta qualità e proviene da sfridi di produzione. Puoi considerare questo gesto, un omaggio che desideriamo offrirti e, allo stesso tempo, un contributo reale alla sostenibilità dei processi aziendali che mettiamo in atto. Recuperare e far rivivere materiali di alta qualità che non potrebbero essere riutilizzati per la produzione di un intero divano, significa salvaguardare il benessere del Pianeta e quindi, quello di ognuno di Noi.

cuscini in omaggio

Per ogni divano acquistato ti regaleremo due cuscini lombari in omaggio. La coppia di cuscini che riceverai sarà dello stesso colore e/o fantasia. Ogni tessuto che utilizzeremo è di alta qualità e proviene da sfridi di produzione. Puoi considerare questo gesto, un omaggio che desideriamo offrirti e, allo stesso tempo, un contributo reale alla sostenibilità dei processi aziendali che mettiamo in atto.
