Shipping costs will be calculated based on the volume of the order and the geographical destination area. The shipping amount will always be communicated at checkout and before the order is finalised. You will then be able to choose the type of shipping that best suits your needs. Order dispatch timeframe
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Dispatch times depend on the type and availability of the products in the order. Most of our products are available as READY STOCK, where specified when adding the item to the cart. For products made to order following the customer’s request (e.g. customisations and/or others), delivery times may vary depending on raw material availability and external factors beyond our control.
Indicative timeframe for READY STOCK: 7–15 business days.
Average timeframe for CUSTOM PRODUCTION of one of our items: 4 to 8 weeks.
Delivery times are indicative and are neither binding nor essential. No compensation may be claimed for direct or indirect damages and/or for non-delivery or delayed delivery.
The customer will be informed of the shipment status by email or free SMS to know immediately when:
- the order has been processed
- the goods have been dispatched
Please note:
- Bank transfers require an additional 48 hours of verification
- If the order includes items with different delivery times, they may be delivered on different days
- If the order includes items requiring special care during transport, specialist carriers will be used whose delivery times may differ from standard timeframes
- The best possible service will be guaranteed and direct contact will be maintained with the carrier handling your delivery. SHOP GARAVINI HOME commits to respecting the estimated delivery times communicated on the website. However, if unexpected issues arise during production or order processing, you will always be notified promptly by the shopgaravinihome.it team

Who handles the dispatch of my parcel?
Your order will be processed by our logistics service and delivered via the most reliable couriers available on the market, who will send you an email with the tracking number as soon as your order has been handed over to them. For shipments requiring special care during transport, specialist carriers will be used who will contact you in advance by phone to arrange delivery.
Can I request a delivery outside Italy?
shopgaravinihome.it currently ships within Italy only. At the owner’s discretion, some shipments to certain European destinations may be considered. To make this request, please indicate the destination country by sending a request to support@shopgaravinihome.it and we will provide you with all the information you need. Please note that some international shipments, where accepted, may involve customs charges which will be at your expense.

What should I do when my order is delivered?
We recommend always checking your order at the time of delivery. Verify that the number of parcels matches what is indicated on the delivery note, and check the integrity of the packaging and any signs of tampering or anomalies regarding the contents. In the event of anomalies, write “Accepted with reservation” on the carrier’s delivery note when signing, and write to support@shopgaravinihome.it with details of the delivery. Please remember that you have 14 days to report any discrepancies and file a complaint. Beyond this deadline, we will no longer be able to accept complaints or reports.
Please note: the carrier is not a direct employee of shopgaravinihome.it; therefore, any damage or error must be reported to both parties. Any issue not reported that reduces the value of the product will be the customer’s responsibility.
